MICE Excellence Forum is a leading annual event, which has already gained a must-visit status for MICE buyers and suppliers from Russia and abroad. In 2024, our forum brought together 1000+ MICE & Event professionals from 60 cities to effectively interact, get exceptional experience, and update contacts.

At the MICE Excellence Forum event organizers will be able to meet quality suppliers and contractors from different regions of Russia and abroad, as well as listen to the educational program, communicate with industry colleagues and get inspired for new bright projects. In shaping relevant content, we are assisted by the Expert Council – an advisory body of the Forum, formed from the opinion leaders of the business and MICE event community.

How to join MEF under the International Hosted Buyer program?

In 2025, MEF hosts 60 representatives of professional MICE-clients as Invited Buyers from Russia regions and CIS. 

The program will qualify representatives from MICE agencies as well as Corporate clients who organize at least 3 events per year outside their region (for agencies - at least 5).

Who we are expecting

● MICE & Event Agencies;

● Corporate event customers: event & congress managers, administrative directors, employees and heads of external and internal communications and protocol departments; HRDs, representatives of marketing departments, the employer's brand, etc.

Attention! To submit an application, kindly fill in the registration form and wait for confirmation from the organizers. The final reservation of the place is made after the participant provides a scan of an air or train ticket.

The flight or transfer to Moscow expenses are to be covered by the participants.

Privileges under the International Hosted Buyer program:

1. Access to professional MICE community;

2. Participation in MEF without Registration Fee;

3. SGL Accommodation (incl. breakfast) for 2 nights in 4* hotels in Moscow;

4. Participation in Welcome Day on November, 13 (Thursday);

5.Transfer from the hotel to the site of the Welcome meeting on November, 13 and back;

6. Access to the online platform and personal account to schedule appointments;

7. Access to the educational, networking and evening programs on November, 14 (Friday), including meals;

8. Participation in the Bleisure program on November, 15 (Saturday);

9. Access to the video recordings after the forum.

Obligations for the International Hosted Buyer

1.  The International Hosted Buyer must make a minimum of 10 appointments with the B2B Workshop Exhibitors in advance through the online platform; It is necessary to attend the appointments between 14:00 and 19:00 on November, 14;

2. It is also necessary to attend at least 1 MICE presentation between 14:00 and 19:00 on November, 14;

3.  In case of non-fulfillment the obligations above, the organizers reserve the right to exclude the International Hosted Buyer from the raffle with prizes at the end of the forum;

4.  The International Hosted Buyer commits to take part in the program prepared by the organizers on November, 13-15. If you would like to skip any of the items, we invite you to consider one of the alternative rates for MICE-customers available on the forum website.
